DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic shipments are sent 1-2 days upon order for FREE via UPS ground. Friday orders placed after 3PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday. Ground typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location relative to New York City.
If you would like a RUSH delivery or have any other specific shipping needs please CONTACT US at the time of purchase. Rush deliveries will be at the purchasers expense.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments are sent out 1-2 days upon order and the cost is reflected upon checkout.
Possible Delays
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
PRIMARY complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation. Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California. If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be emailed after purchase. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.
